Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Jacklynn S. Perrie graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. She is the daughter of Ralph and Brenda Perrie of Morris Road, Harleysville. Perrie is a 2010 graduate of Souderton Area High School.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Gregory P. Herzog has joined the United States Air Force under the Delayed Entry Program. Herzog, a 2005 graduate of Lasalle College High has reported to Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, for basic training in September 2010. He is the son of Matthew Herzog of Ambler.
